• Currently I am working with Al-Gihaz Contracting company as Site Electrical Engineer in KSA. Al-Gihaz is main contractor of SEC/National Grid 380KV and 132KV substations.
• Currently I am working at 132/33/13.8 kV Sharorah S/S and doing work at PP1,PP2 and PP3. Completed All Major installation, testing and commissioning and Shutdown activities keeping strong coordination with Project Management ,NG-Electrical Consultant, NG-CSD, ND-AMDs, Sharurah Power plant engineers and all concerned Sub-contractors and Site Manpower as per NG standards.( Activities at Sharurah were as follows: (i)Erection of ABB 132 kV GIS bays (Disconnectors, breakers, CTs,VTs, Earth Switches etc), Erection of Protection,communication,LCC and ACDB,DCDB panels . (ii)Preparation of cable schedules and hence cable(power, control, Fiber optic) laying and termination in Control Room,LCC,ACDB side. (iii) High Voltage test for 132 kV GIS bays, SF6 leakage ,Dew point and Density monitor, IR and CRM and operational check of disconectors ,breakers and earth switches from LCC, CT/VT testing ,CB timing testing etc., primary and secondary injection, managed all site requirements for testing team (iv) Bays coupling with old bus-bar and energization of new bays (v) Energization of Capacitor banks at PP1 and closed loop test from ABHA Control center, Energization of Auxilary transformers at PP2 (vi)Make all Rooms ready for Room Integrity test and completed with NG officials. (vii)Prepare BoQ as per site requirements for new Bays of GIS for all sort of materials.(viii) Make 3-Week plans, Shutdown plans, Switching procedures (for 132kV GIS transmission lines, transformers, 33kV Incomers and Switchgear side) Work permit for Shutdowns and Other Site activities as per requirement keeping good relations with National Grid staff And Sub-contractors.(ix) Submission of weekly reports to top management(x) Handling site budget and all manpower issues in an optimized way. (xi) Clearing Cat-A and Cat-B punch items
